Out of Network Providers for Vision Plans:
For our Out of Network patients, we are happy to invite you to become one of our patients and still receive your plan's benefits through the following process:
- You will be required to pay for our services up front.
- Your eligibility for services and materials will be calculated according to your vision plan.
- You will need to submit your claim with receipts directly to your vision insurance provider. Your insurance provider will send you a reimbursement check directly within a few weeks.
